Why do therapy with Johni?
My passion lies in working with couples and helping individuals rebuild their relationships. There's nothing more rewarding than a deep, safe connection with a loved one, and I strive to create an environment where this can become a reality for you and your partner.
What makes me an effective relationship therapist is my unique ability to blend empathy with directness, creating a supportive yet challenging environment that fosters real growth. I’m deeply passionate about helping couples and individuals build connection, which allows me to approach every session with a genuine commitment to my clients' success. I offer not just theoretical insights, but practical, actionable strategies grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), helping clients break through communication barriers and address core relational needs. My style emphasizes self-compassion and mutual understanding, ensuring that each person feels heard, respected, and empowered to transform their relationships.
Therapeutically, I specialize in helping couples and individuals rebuild trust and commitment after infidelity and relational betrayals, fostering healing and reconnection. Additionally, I have a deep, extensive background working with relationships impacted by substance use and addiction, guiding partners toward recovery and renewed trust.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about me and my approach. Therapy can be intimidating processes, but I encourage you to embrace these experiences and discover what it can offer. Whether you're seeking couples therapy or individual therapy, I am here to help you achieve profound and sincere experiences of love and connection. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey.
